Had a mini Manu Chao marathon earlier with these two fantastic albums:

Kinda strange, I don't think I've ever seen him mentioned on this board unless I was doing the talking. Maybe it's just me, but I honestly think he's one of the most important artists of the last 20 years. He has done so much for poor people all over the globe - people who are either oppressed by lack of money or the government under which they live. He's like a modern Bob Marley if you will. Saw him at Roskilde Festival back in 2001 (I think) and it is still one of the most memorable shows that I've ever witnessed.
