first listen. this one started up on Grooveshark by itself after disc one of the last one ended, so this was more or less randomly selected, and it sounds like another good album to me.
So you didn't get to hear the second disc of Timothy's Monster? "The Wheel" is a track that should be right up your alley.

It's Bard!
^^first listen
The song Go to California just finished and I could have sworn I heard some references to the Doors' Light My Fire. Had to be intentional, especially given the title. Clever sods.
Great album, too. I'm liking these guys more and more.
It's like looking in the mirror!

Yeah, sounds like they "nicked" a few notes from "Light My Fire" for that middle instrumental section. Most likely deliberate.

Me, earlier today:

and

Now, on Grooveshark:

Motorpsycho - Lobotomizer

First listen.

Hey, Scott, what did you think of The Aristocrats' debut? Better than CC, IMO.

Sadly it got an at work listen and I don't really remember all that much about it.

Oh, I see. Yeah, I'm familiar with those disrupted listening sessions, where you can't get into what you're listening to, and when you're done you don't remember anything from it.

Better luck next time!
