STEVE MILLER BAND - "Rock Love" (1971)

Half live, half studio album from that weird period in the band's history that no one remembers - after the first 5 (imo great) psychedelic folk blues albums, but before the big arena rock hit period.  It's a trio lineup consisting of players who weren't with him very long (incl Ross Valory of Journey), and it's generally considered a dud by the critical world at large.  It's actually a pretty okay album though.

The best Monster Magnet album since at least God Says No, and not since Superjudge did they sound this much like they actually fell through a time warp from 1972.
