Report Button Still Working?

I've reported two posts to the admins - one from April 2013:

I know that you guys are busy and short in numbers (i,e currently just 3 critters) and i accept that the Admins have changed since I reported the first post. (which might explain the complete lack of response)

Cut to the chase.

I either receive the courtesy of a considered response or failing that, have no other choice but to conclude that the Report Button has started to take on the characteristics of the elusive site owner Max, i.e. inaccessible and/or defective pending a mooted software upgrade

The only reason I started the thread was that the post I originally reported back in April 2013 had never been responded to. I didn't feel the matter was serious enough at that time to warrant following up (I ain't that petty) but as I saw fit to report another post from 19/3/14 it seemed appropriate to raise the issue here i.e. is there a problem with reported posts getting to their destination? as the original PM to the Admin team clearly didn't suffice. I don't have any problems with Dean but I'll choose who I communicate with by PM and I really couldn't give a discarded fig how other forums on the internet are moderated.

I didn't mean to come across as aggressive, just being honest and no offence intended (anyways... neither of us has to moderate the forums any longer)
