I think that the comparison is a bit unfair, unless for me and between Genesis and Yes, cos I don't know nothing about the other artist. I must choose Owner (though I like Invisible touch), but if we were comparing Owner of a lonely heart with Mama, for example, (both two from the same year), I would go with Genesis.

Absolutely--Mama is a great inventive single.

Owner. I remember the first time I heard that opening riff thinking "Whoa...Yes went full-on metal!" Then the rest of the band kicked in. "Wait...what just happened?" I still enjoy it though, and remember enjoying the video as a young'un.

Yes Owner of a Lonely Heart

When he rides, my fears subside. For darkness turns once more to light. Through the skies, his white horse flies. To find a land beyond the night.

Yes.
Herbies track moves me about as much as a Nokia ringtone from the late 90's, and Invisible Touch is little more than a musical sack of steaming horse turd.

Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!

These songs represent a time when things began to sour. All three artists were once at the forefront of progressive music, but clearly weren't anymore. My pick would have to be Owner of a Lonely Heart, grudgingly.
