I remember eating the famous deep-fried ones in Rome, as I recall you just eat whole thing.

Breakfast has for the last couple of weeks consisted entirely of banana and a large slice of rhye bread, the dark stuff. It's actually pretty good, especially if you toast the bread hoho. Basically what happens when you spend your money on music instead of food. I have however lost 5 kilos:) |
From what I've seen of you in photos there wasn't that much of you to begin with
Perhaps you should extend that to two slices of rye and swap the banananana for something less bloating, like some of that wonderful Danish bacon (unless you're a vegetarian of course, but then bacon is a well known cure for that affliction).

Lol!
You neglect to account for Christmas and my mother's impeccable cuisine.
I could probably loose 5 more if I'm honest...
And no, the veggies have never won me over - at least not to the point of me even considering cutting meat out of my diet. Say bye to bacon? Insanity from my pov.

I got a hunk of "Cave-aged Swiss" the other day for about 7 bucks and it's like the size of a friggin memory chip. I mean what's the point, might as well swallow the thing like a pill.

To the opposite extreme I made ice cream the easy way yesterday - the supermarket had two half-litre tubs of quality Madagascan vanilla custard reduced that I promptly purchased. After chilling the ice cream maker over night I tipped the custard into the machine, switched it on and 10 minutes later lovely smooth vanilla ice cream - a litre of quality ice cream to rival Hagen Daz for just over a quid - result!
