of "Beauty and the Beast" and "Hunchback of Notre Dame" fame
Both are the contrast to the monster (the Beast and Quasimodo), who makes us ask ourselvs, who is really the monster.
or is it the outside or the inside which defines monster, or is it from our acts of behaviour that marks or differentiate a monster from a non-monster. both mvoies tackles this issue very well, i woul like to say, with elegance, and flair.
Both have good song preformances also,
i would say that Frollo is the most evil, he ranks among the most evil villans in Disney overall, but Beast also does somethings that is fearly nasty and bad,
