WIRE - "Document and Eyewitness" (1981)

Very strange live album documenting one of the last shows by the initial phase of the band prior to a long hiatus.  Features almost all new material that failed to surface elsewhere.  As "out there" as Wire gets.

WIRE - "the Ideal Copy" (1987)

After a 7 year hiatus Wire is reborn with a smooth accessible sound loaded with gtr effects and synths.  The result was a lot better than that sounds.

Genesis Revisted 2. By Steve Hackett.

Just bought it and pumping the sounds through my HD 800 cannons.
Sounds great!

Those HD800 are so cool!!

Next up in the prog lair LOL......

A Prog lair indeed. Maybe you could call it a fully functioning babe-layer too!

Man I gotta say HACKETT's musical interpretation of some of these classic Genesis songs like Suppers Ready, Chamber of 32 doors and The Lamia are just amazing. And I just love how the guitar is so amplified.
This is beautifully done and guest vocalist Nad Sylvan sounds so much like Gabriel it's scary. Even more than the lead singer for Big Big Train. Wow.

You have sparked my interest in the Revisited II, I know it is available vinyl....I might have to do that. Darn you!! Big smile
