First listen. Screw the details! If somebody wants details they can just look up the band on PA.

This is definitely one of my top albums for 2013.  Quite a step up from Vehicle.
Disagree, only in that I also love Vehicle.  But Snack(s) is wonderful as well.  Love the humor!

I'm officially jealous!
I have their debut, and it's one of my favourite things ever. THE quintessential punk-prog album. Great for work outs and settling long and strenuous arguments about punk versus prog - often initiated by old punk friends of mine, who haven't listened to something outside their collective comfort zone in 15 years. Best thing is watching their faces, when the opening cut 'What you see is what you are' mid tune suddenly decides to shed it's punk rock irreverence and uncouth manners and metamorphoses into this beautiful jazzy, incredibly airy space rock butterfly. "WHAT?!?!"LOL
Love that...gets me every time. I think it's the pleasure of being right (basically we're all dying for some recognition one way or the other, sad but mostly true), but perhaps even more so, being witness to people who have to eat their own words.
" Come on!!!! What the f...k are you talking about?!?! Prog and punk together? You're mad! Those are the exact opposites of each other - enemies from day one, and you're telling me that there were bands out there who mixed the two?!?!? Lies!!! All lies!!!!! "
Big smile
