So looking forward to torching the Dallas D and watching Choke Romo fail yet again.

^ Amen! It almost feels like it can't be the end of the regular season without the 'Boys trying to eek their way into the playoffs at this point.

^ On a rare occassion, I was pulling for the Cowboys to win yesterday only to get a bonus play off (play in) game against the Eagles. Now to watch them fail in the waning seconds this upcoming Sunday...
Somehow the Stillers are still alive, but they have to win and 3 others have to lose...not much hope.
PS - I feel for the Lions fans...it was in their grasp but shot themselves in the foot again.

Romo is so scared he doesn't even want to take the field

Well that's boring. Although, it would be great to see the Eagles lose now. Not only is the team inferior, but it would put more blame on Romo for constant losses in December. |

I would love nothing more than to see the Niners lose at home in the final game at Candlestick. I honestly didn't really mind the team before Colin Kaepernick came along. Now I can't stand them.

Well I would be shocked if they lost.....Atlanta is a swirling pot of horridness this year. The O line is terrible, can't block anything.
The 49ers are slowly moving up my chart as the team to beat.....If Colin K starts to hit a stride, look out!! They can easily walk into Seattle and beat them.

Dammit. The Falcons came so close to upsetting the Niners and a tipped pass lead to a pick six to close it out.

Yeah, that end was a bit piss. But I didn't expect a game from the falcons. Still a top notch on side kick though.

That onside kick was amazing and one that you might see once a year. Too bad it amounted to nothing, though. Otherwise, that would've been one of the greatest comebacks of the season.

What a final game for Candlestick! Glad the Niners did win, and cool it ended with the epic INT TD by Bowman, a Penn Stater from my time there :D
Also, Niners are pretty much back to health...at the best possible time. Most teams have to fight through injuries, they are gunna enter the playoffs with their full roster. Still think Seattle is clearly better (and the best in NFC) but San Fran may make it interesting.

America's team is hated in much of the US outside Texas
There are fans sprinkled throughout the country but most are phonies. I already figured the Eagles would win because they are simply a far better team, but now that Romo is out.... Nothing against Kyle Orton but yikes, this looks like a tall feat. But imagine IF Dallas somehow wins...even if Orton barely does anything, the anti Romo flames will grow huge!! In a way I want to see it happen just for the lolstorm it would create, but no no...obviously in this situation I always want Philly to win over Dallas. Green Bay/Chicago is interesting as well. Can Rodgers come back on the final game, win and take the division? He may enter god tier if it happens. Nothing else looks too good. Due to last week there's been talk of "oooo maybe Arizona will beat San Fran" and "maybe somehow the Rams will defeat Seattle at home" but I assume it's just time filler. And the suck fest known as Giants-Redskins will surely be a blast

Living in the greater Chicago area I would like to see the Bears come out on top today but my gut feeling is that the Packers will win.....but who knows?

WOW. Thank god Eli only has an ankle sprain...
If he had a major injury heads would probably roll for playing Eli in a meaningless game. But no harm no foul I guess... Reese HAS to fix this O line though, they've more or less torpedoed this season with their awful play. Many decision to be made for Big Blue this offseason. Esp Nicks. Randle has shown potential and this Jernigan has really impressed in recent weeks. Packers Bears should be a sweet game. Let's see if Rodgers can play Superman and fly in at the last second to save the season. (But boy Detroit really has to ask "what could've been" for this year) Lots of fun games going on today!

Chargers have control now...playing a starterless chiefs team...if they blow this...god almighty indeed.
And yes...the Eli injury was scary. Thank god he has the entire offseason to heal...even if a minor thing. I assume Nicks is gone, even though my gut says I want him on the team. |

Well, after 0-6 winning 7 of 10 is at least something to hang a hat on.
The defense actually had a decent year, esp after the 0-6 start and our usually dreadful secondary has been the best performers! Great play from Will Hill and Rolle (god I hope this is a turn around and not just a good streak). But wow that O line needs to fixed up. If they do....Eli will be back to Eli, we still have plenty of offensive weapons. # very cautiously optimistic for 2014
