There's an office phone hung on the wall next to the table in the break room where I sat down for lunch.  It's mounted somewhat low so people can answer it while sitting at the table.  I got up from eating, and I didn't see it behind me, and my butt pressed against it for a moment.  A few seconds later, the phone spoke "I'm sorry, that is not a valid number" or something like that.  I'd dialed a (invalid) number and put it on speakerphone.

2 late nights in a row (Kayo Dot + band practice) and I'm a bit tired now.  Today will be a 12 hour workday and then I'm going right to bed when I get home.  No regrets, this week has kicked ass.

I don't really like the 13th Floor Elevators.  I have most of their stuff but I find it very underwhelming.

It seems like forever since Sunn 0))) put an album out.  It was their last album that first introduced me to drone and doom stuff, and I've gotten into a lot of new bands as a result... but meanwhile the band that inspired me in the first place has been all but silent.

I just read today that Sunn O))) and Ulver are making an LP together is this true guys??
