Guided By Voices -vs- ex Drummer, who tried to sell his drumset on eBay for $55,000.
I think everyone's getting a little too excitable here. LOL

Kevin Fennell was actually a pretty important part of the band, in my opinion.  Of course he's no legend like Robert Pollard, but Fennell went through a lot of the early rougher times with him and always seemed more than just a hired hand.

Even so, that is a pretty distasteful asking price for your drum kit.  I wouldn't have railed on him in the press though.

Given that noone bid on the drumkit I guess that the world agrees. Probably a shoot for the moon attempt to make some money out of a sour situation.

You can't dictate when the Shred changes titles - only Overlord Cam can.

Is that a policy of your own design, or a common shred practice/convention?

His own.

I think I've done 1 shred. But unfortunately it was when everything started going downhill.

I swear it wasn't my fault ;((((

Hey, speaking as a guy who's only been here when it's been "downhill", I can say it certainly hasn't been bad at all, even if it used to be better in here.  Hug

Oh definitely yeah.  If you like the hits, you'll love the albums.  One of my favorite bands from that period.  All their albums through "Keep Moving" are indispensable to me.
