Can't see it myself, although if I tilt the album sleeve 45 degrees to the left I can see the suggestion of an evil grinning face with dark eyes and a cigar in mouth....

Hi, a long time ago I saw the Caress Of Steel album cover for about the third time and noticed a sort of face like Queen Victoria on the left of the necromancer on the cover. Just wanted to know is this just a coincidence or is it intentional. In the unlikely case it is, what's the meaning of it? I heard something about the Indian Head Penny's similarities but I doubt it's true
