Also, I hope Jared hasn't been mugged by those pesky youth again.  The price of chips has gone up so no doubt they are even more inclined to try it!

Be wary, Jared if you read this. Wink

Addendum: it is nice to see familiar threads here.  That Christianity thread is still going after all this time.  Have they not run out of things to say yet?

Must dash!

No, not moustache...

Addendum2:

Having a profile name with a letter with an umlaut may prove difficult when I try and log-on via my Android 'phone later... technology shall not defeat me!

How's you?

Comes to us all m'man - good to see you back, however briefly; I've now hit 50, so the corduroy slacks are at armpit level.

As for Pallas albums - you couldn't resist, could you!

I might stick around for a bit. As long as I avoid the "other place". That's one reason I took a break.

I'm even enjoying music I used to complain about in my younger years. Hmm.

Well if you're sticking around a while & assuming you're now old enough to shave , may I recommend probably my least successful thread:

The Shaving Den

Quite fun enthusing about something nobody's interested in

...a bit like being a Pallas fan, really...

That reminds me, there was a great article in either Classic Rock or Prog recently about Pallas and the making of "that" album. Would you like me to send you a copy Jim?

Hey James, long time no see.  And for the record I've never been on Reddit...although come to think of it, I am no longer a child either.

I would rather stick wasps up my bottom, sir.

BTW - had a shock in Bruges over the weekend when I sat next to a chap who could have been your twin brother; real double-take moment.

I've never been on 4chan or Reddit either.  I just know they're reputation thanks to the "other place".

I am still friends with many of them though.  I just needed a break from it all.

I never saw you in In Bruges, Jim.  Were you hiding behind Colin Farrell?

Yes, it wasn't a PM;  I sent it to the gecko address.

I'm okay--  didn't get a teaching position I was hoping for but ah well, I'll  survive.

This was one thing which disappointed me in that beautiful city; stood for bloody hours at the bottom of the belfry tower & not one aging hitman jumped off!

Thought that happened every day!!

Ah... the infamous aardvark incident... the poor thing went right off its ale for weeks, kept asking for a budlite, whatever that is.

What?

Funny, even as a teenager I thought myself fairly cantankerous, and hateful of teenagers, thought I'd be a natural fit.
