Not prog but one of my favourite albums of 2012 was Bat For Lashes - The Haunted Man. I don't think there are drums on any tracks , mostly it's Natasha Khan beautifully singing with a delicate electronic backdrop. Its divine!

Not considered prog...(maybe Prog-Goth) but two This Mortal Coil albums ("It'll End in Tears" & "Filligree and Shadow") are full of wonderful drummerless proggoth numbers like "The Jeweler", "Holocaust", "I Must Have Been Blind", "Tarantula", "Velvet Belly", etc...
