i beleive if you guys listen to bela and his band there will be no way you will be able to keep them off the site.....some of the best instrumentalists in the world are here together playing everyhting from jazz, classical, bluegrass , etc all in a rock format that seems to be their own particular style....they have long long experimental jams and expressive and telling solos among the individuals.......what do yu think???

Wasn't Victor Wooten in that group?

I do like the group a lot. They really do have their own style.

Good music, but not prog rock. It's clearly jazz music (with bluegrass influences).

I have about 6 of their CDs and it's great music, but it ain't prog.  But I'd gladly trade DT for BF on the site.  Maybe get a 2fer and swap out Opeth for Eno.

I think this site have a large definition of prog music (from Nightwish to Roxy Music) so i think "Bela Fleck & the flecktones" can be added on ProgArchives...I agree!
For every truth even the contrary is true...

Bela Fleck IS Fusion and also is something called Progressive Bluegrass...  However Fusion (it may be my favorite type of music), I don't think is prog...
