I rarely download, as I usually buy my CD's. Occasionally I'll buy music videos from itunes because I'll get gift cards for it.

I have some Amazon mp3 credits piling up but I haven't used them. Are they usable on anything you want?

I highly recommend E-music for buying music, or Amazon if looking for retail priced but they basically have everything.

Other than that, you can discover music with Spotify, Beats Music, Pandora, and even just look up band names etc. on Youtube. Usually, you'll find at least one song you can listen to on Youtube by the band you're interested in, unless they're ultra obscure, in which case, look them up on Amazon, then Ebay, and if you don't find them Try iTunes.

After that, who knows, call your local record store, you never know. Look for the band on Google.
If they are kindof obscure like a band I know called Zihard, they may be very hard to find and expensive, and their website may be on the better side of things.
