I'm kind of baffled that a guy, in the autumn of his life, begins churning out overt avantguarde releases. That Bisch Bosch is utterly insane! One of the musicians featured on there plays marbles in a big jugCool

This review kinda reflects my opinion on it - either way it's pretty entertaining: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yGrlhEmZZVc
I listened to Bish Bosch the other night too.  I find it much easier to listen to than The Drift, even if it isn't as superbly crafted.  The Drift has lots of moments that make my skin crawl, which means I need to really invest myself in it when I listen.  Bish Bosch is more of an easygoing album - the lyrics and noises are certainly grotesque but not nearly as scary.  And it's certainly as avant-garde as The Drift.

I gotta love the commitment this guy shows to recreating synth-dominated 1980s action movie soundtracks in his music style. (and the same cinematic style in his videos for that matter)

It has a lot of stuff completely for free, about as much as spotify, it's easy to handle, it has biographies and reviews, it offers a list of related artists and it looks cool, but a lot of the release dates of the album are way off, the discographies are out of order and it doesn't do genre-tagging.
