That particular Ulver album is pretty meh, IMO. They've done better, their next one for example.

I like it, but to much silent, but its something in that order im looking for, ambient, heavy and acoustic

I borrow Nursery Cryme to my gf, she really loved. So I bought a SEBTP copy that I just found. She is very glad right now. Me too, actually more than glad.
