Light beer, disappointing.

I really enjoy light beer, when it's done right. Local light beer, from the Toronta area tends to be really good. It's just stuff like Coors I can't stand.

I just don't like the idea of drinking a fattening beverage with little returns. LOL
I mean, yeah, taste definitely counts too of course, but anything under a 4.5% alc/vol gets a "meh" reaction from
me. Gotta have a bit of kick!

Strangely we have really hot weather in the north of England so I have some refreshments chilling nicely. A couple of Brahma for starters, 2 Mahou (excellent refreshing Spanish lager) and some Keo (from Cyprus) to finish......

Had my prom after party a week back. Great time, but the beer was dreadful. So light, I think it might have been Pabst. Cool

Where is that?

In Haarlem.

Did you do the Haarlem Shake when you got there?

No, we stayed there just long enough to enjoy a Johannieter (myself), a Koyt (my wife and daughter) and a Coca Cola (my daughter's boyfriend). Moreover, my legs are to stiff to do a Haarlem Shake. I did not even hear a song called Spaans Haarlem .
