There was a guy looking from the 4th floor
(take a look again) Where's the guy? He's not there anymore.
Goddamn, he fell and broke the spine
But thats ok, Rock Bottom is better than Winter Wine.

Here's a couple in honor of two of my favourite bands...

Brooker's words swirled in the fog
While the paisley he wore was quite mod
A white shade of pale
Brought fame and fine tail
He truly was one salty dog!

Ange is the greatest French prog band
And Christian Descamps is a madman
Though advancing in age
He's still prowling the stage
with a presence most pleasing to fans!

A guy listened to some Steve Hacket,
Found his music was totally cra-cked.
"His playing is boring,
I can't help but snoring,
If you don't believe me just check it".

Their once was a singer named Clayton
Many people thought he was Satan.
Everybody laughed and many did cry,
But to no avail Clayton was just a nice guy.

The light of the Saviour Machine burns bright
And many know that's quite a fight.
Gimmie my headphones now!!! 🎧🤣

There once was a guy called Neal
He tried hard to get that big record deal
But as the wheels didn't turn
Though many years he did yearn
He couldn't even eat mustard on his meal!

Ok that was a bit sad how about another one..

Now Neal is happy reaching for the sky
His solos still mostly end up high
Epics that never go wrong
Though some think his head's gone "dong"
His influence on prog no one can deny!
You love the music, the music loves you!

Wakeman on keyboards could wail
And his solo's were great without fail
Till the Topograph tour
Made him sick - but his cure
Was to eat some Chinese with his Tales!

The mad Aqualung eyed the lasses
But gave joy to the Tull loving masses
They then turned on Ian
"Pretentious he's bein'..
...who cares that dumb rabbit lost his glasses!"

A plan formed in Mani Neumeier
to play the drums on a high-wire.
"If I will fall down",
he spoke with a frown,
"Well, then I won't have to retire"

by eleve earls of marl sailing boats
climbing trees of sqounq feets
where silenet gees meet

Many nice ones here lately. Clap

Back to the good old days when you only had to enter a house to get stoned:

Robin and Mike came from Scotland,
the mist-ridden proven-I’m-not land
They had hairbands and rings
and incredible strings
and their home was an evergreen potland
He say nothing is quite what it seems;
I say nothing is nothing

Quoth weird Daevid Allen of Gong:
"Now listen do this little song.
It does not exist,
but man, that's the gist,
for neither do we all along."

this one is a bit tricky:

After several hours of jam
the singer spoke at 3 am:
"One thing there does bother
myself like no other
and that's:" do I really mill ham"?

Tricky? Only if it isn’t Hammill.

LOL

"Skinkemølle" in Norwegian, so it’s nearly the same.
He say nothing is quite what it seems;
I say nothing is nothing
