Yes...that was another pretty obvious difference. And I still prefer the version of IMBAC on the remixed version. I probably haven't listened to it enough yet to get that mystery vibe.

Chunga's Revenge	New master, no digital reverb, no glitches, WAY better sound.
Fillmore East, 1971	New master, no reverb/glitches, WILLIE PART 2!
Just Another Band from LA	Reverts to the vinyl version (not everyone is thrilled, though)
Waka/Jawaka	No more reverb, sounds better.
The Grand Wazoo	No more reverb or exxagerated treble, sounds better. Some copies are defective, though; be careful.
Over-Nite Sensation	New master, no digital reverb.
Apostrophe	New master, LP version, no digital reverb. Probably optional for Au20 owners.
One Size Fits All	New master, no digital reverb. Probably optional for Au20 owners.
Bongo Fury	New master, no digital reverb. Some aren't quite pleased with the result, but it is still an upgrade from the previous edition.
Zoot Allures	New master, no reverb, FINALLY sounds good.
Studio Tan	New master. Keep your old disc for the Greggery remix.
Sleep Dirt	Reverts to the instrumental vinyl version. Keep your old disc for the vocals.
Sheik Yerbouti	New master, no glitches or weird edits. Essential.
Tinsel-town Rebellion	Sounds as good as the 1998 Ryko, but with odd segues eliminated.
Shut Up 'n Play Yer Guitar	Reported to be a sound quality upgrade, and eliminates the crossfade before "Stucco Homes."
You Are What You Is	Sounds as good as the 1998 Ryko, but with "Dumb All Over" edit eliminated.
Them or Us	No more right-channel glitches, but keep your old disc for the extended title track.

(Joe's Garage is recommended, but is not currently regarded as necessary as the above)

I don't agree with what he says about Joe's Garage, it's a very big improvement in the sound department, as I always thought the drums and bass were mixed too low on the older CD versions, and the new one has a fuller sound. Plus, the 2012 Joe's Garage uses a slightly different version of the title track, so it's definitely recommended.

He also recommends you hang onto the old versions of Hot Rats, Weasels, Apostrophe ('), Studio Tan, Sleep Dirt, Joe's Garage, and Them or Us if you have the old CD versions, as they are a bit different in one way or another, even though all the reissues sound better.

Also, I'm currently on the hunt for the EMI version of The Man From Utopia, which is the vinyl mix, and very different from all other CD versions, including the 2012 UMe one. The exception is Moggio, which is still remixed, and the only way to hear it is from the actual vinyl. I wonder why UMe didn't issue that version, though I guess they didn't because they would have to omit the Luigi and the Wise Guys song.

I have Man from Utopia on vinyl, it was one of the few albums in print when I was first getting into FZ.  It is indeed a quite different album from the CD version.  I still am not sure what to think of "Luigi", it feels like it doesn't belong!  I think I remember now how a couple of EMI FZ CDs got out before the Ryko deal went through -- "Does Humor Belong in Music" was the first FZ CD to appear, and I got it on EMI.  I wasn't aware that Man From Utopia also had an EMI issue back then.
