How's this possible ??  I just listened to the recent Alphtaurus album 'Attosecondo' and it blew my head off  !!!  Quality, modern R.P.I. right there, my friends.  The Italians just keep 'em coming, don't they.....

And perhaps it does include all of the recordings by Celeste proper, but it doesn't contain all of the recordings that have been released under Celeste's name.

Todd, now I'm more confused that ever!

I suppose I should ask this instead - Would this set be fine for someone essentially coming to the band for the first time? I don't count the times I've listened to that one album on Youtube.

Not sure if anyone else loves this wonderful `one-shot' band and album as much as I do, it happened to catch my eye on my shelf and I thought `How have I not thought of or played this album in ages?!'

FESTA MOBILE - Diario Di Viaggio Della Festa Mobile (1973)

Alright, Andrea's got a great review for one of my favourite albums from last year by L'Estate di San Martino - Talsete di Marsantino'!

Such a blissful and pleasant album, played with supreme taste by the talented band.

Festa Mobile is another one shot goodie! And one of the shortest albums out there.

I used to listen to Festa Mobile so often, Sagi, I don't know how it slipped through the cracks for a while with me!

I don't mind it's so short, all the more chance for all killer, no filler! I recently bought an album by Il Babau & I Maledetti Cretini called `La Maschera Della Morte Rossa' that runs barely 24 minutes! Just putting the finishing touches to a review for it as well, it's very nice!

I have listened to Celeste a few times before but no luck. I'm giving it another chance right now!

I have most of the usual suspects listed on the RPI page here at PA......I like PFM, Banco, Celeste,  le Orme, etc ...but while I usually love the music I have always had a problem with Italian vocals. Is this a problem for anyone else ?
I'm also curious what everyone's top 10 are in RPI...or is there a poll like that on PA?
