Just out of curiosity: I’m sure you knew that Thatcher was a scientist (chemist), but did you know that she worked with ice cream emulsifiers? You didn’t need many hints to find her anyway. Very well done – as always!

No, the kayak has nothing to do with this game. Some more numbers will appear and if you understand their meaning, no other hint will be needed. If not, it is no name, I'll explain later. I doubt if this person himself would know what they mean. This is just one of the games I like to play Wink.
 
I read the Wiki article about Thatcher shortly after her death, but if I thought of this directly, I would have needed no other hints. But I succeeded rather quickly in finding a match with this combination of hints.
