We went out for a fancy dinner tonight, lotta fun.  I had pears with cashews & wild honey and blue cheese, followed by duck with spiced blueberries, green beans, and wild rice.  To drink a very spicy Shirah recommended by the chef. 
Fresh fruit crisp with homemade vanilla bean ice cream.

Before: Trader Joe's Broccoli Slaw (no broccoli, hehe) & Kale Salad with White Chicken Meat + sunflower seeds, cranberries and a sweet & spicy vinaigrette. No artificial colors or flavors. Perishable, keep refrig... . That's enough.

Now: A tiny round of Babybel cheese.
