Definitely Physical Graffiti.  "Kashmir" has been played to death, but it has my fave Zep song, "In My Time of Dying".   LZ II is a close second...when it came out you couldn't go anywhere without hearing "Whole Lotta Love" on the radio.

He is good technically(the only redeeming quality of LZ) but otherwise their music gets old pretty quick for me.
This sounds as much like a description of the members of Rush.

I have to be a semi-sheep and go for Houses of the Holy.

I used to really like Zeppelin back when I was a kid and they were still together. Yet, I found that I was always trying to convince myself that I liked their music. Hmm...not good. Well, now I'm 53 and don't really like them at all. However, for some reason, I adore 'Houses Of The Holy.'

To me, that is their best album, by far. It has the widest variety of styles, and features their best track, 'The Rain Song.' It's the only Zep album I own. Love it!
