I don't care what quality or what instrument, all you have to do is record a 4-6 minute clip of you improvising quiet, short bursts of 3-5 notes.

	^ What do you mean? I found the description adequate. It doesn't say anything about a level of technical capacity, so that one doesn't really matter.
