I love the song "Russian Winter" by OMEGA! I love the early OMEGA! I have 2 different versions of 200 Years After The Last War. Both are magnificent!

The only album of theirs that i have heard is Hall Of Floaters In The Sky, which is excellent!

Toodler, of course I know him, he was in Lucifer's friend prior to joining Uriah Heep, I also know he collaborated with many great artists plus famous producers, however this is as much I my limited me/moi knows  I am sorry

ole-the-first  I am a big admirer of Ken Hensley tho' The , Wizard, July Morning, Rain, Gypsy and Salisbury were all written by him. Here's a pic with Ken and me taken last year 2012, absolutely not flattering pics of me (ugh  , hideous bad really ugh eewww bah pugh and more eeww) Ken is to ,blame for these coz he made me laugh too much, I even forgot we were taking pics lol anyway it’s not about me but the moment, the experience, so much fun, we had no second takes for taking pics ofcourse and I don’t care hahaha loved it  but who cares anyway, it’s the experience that matters, the artist and the moment yay whooheee

Anything released after "Where The Groupies Killed The Blues" is disappointing to me. Rock N' Roll Singer. Banquet, Good Time Warrior, and several others sound commercial and unfortunately do not represent the original band's style. I liked John Lawton's vocals on the Uriah Heep song "The Hanging Tree". For that early 70's dark rock period, nothing comes too close to The Pink Mice.

What do you people think of Uriah Heep's Conquest? I get the feeling that it is kind of hated, but i like the lead singer John Sloman from Lone Star.

Oh it have changed so many times and I hope it will also keep changing in the future very often. When I was 12 it was Metropolis pt. 1 for many years. Then there was a weird time when it was ELPs Tarkus and then many years it was Starless. But then Opeth released Ghost of Perdition it lasted until Porcupine Tree released their master piece Anesthetize. I have to pick it, but I must say that new Riverside album have some great songs which could overcome.
