You can't go wrong with either. In my youth i'd have gone with BS but now I prefer Rush.

Hi Sonia, haven't seen you in a few days It seems everyone is putting up a poll hoping that Rush loses or something. I mean they were pinned up against The Beatles and now by the Fathers of Metal both of these don't make much sense. Again more hugs, here come the hugs

Sabbath. Everything up to Sabotage, and then throw in Heaven and Hell as well.

Next up, Rush vs. all of creation. This is a tough one as I'm a big fan of both bands. However, Rush has always been of more consistent quality than the Sabbaths. Going to have to give Rush the slight edge in this one. |

I can understand your anger at me, but what did the horse I rode in on ever do to you?

Sabbath for me......but of course!
I love specific tracks on many a Rush albums, maybe apart from COS and Signals which I find brilliant through and through, but I just don't get that same umphh and zing from them as with those 5 first Sabbath albums.

Rush! I'm not a fan of Black Sabbath, they are very repetitive I think.

I'm not nearly as familiar with Sabbath as I am with Rush, but Rush no doubt.

Wow, I thought this would be a landslide in favour of Rush. I'm not sure, I've heard nice things from both, though I still lack many recordings, and they both can tire me a bit. I guess Sabbath has nothing of the magnitude of 2112... still, I'm not sure how to put a vote, so I'll wait a bit and see if the poll is still around (I guess I should at least wait to get some of the DIO era Sabbath albums, those may tip the scale).
