If relicing is a correct word, so would offtopicing be I'm good at logicing. Applicing rules to language is like mathematicing |
Nope. When two words are compounded to form a new word a hyphen is used, for example off-road or off-piste, you will also notice that offtopicing contains the word "icing" (which is how you would pronouce the ending in your spelling) rather than "icking", so the addition of the "k" results in the correct pronoucination. So yes, English has rules, most of which are broken with alarming regularity, but that does not mean those rules never apply.

Practically every post I make is "just fooling around" but that seldom involves writing things I don't believe to be true.

While you're fooling around you're improving other people's English? Sounds more like "schooling around" than "fooling around"

So... you meant to say that you don't like any of the best prog bands?
|
hahahaha!!! Thellama73, I am sure he didn't mean it that being limited to those or otherwise he will change his mind real quick being here |
I don't mean to be cruel, but I hope that he takes the time to explore the classics such as King Crimson, Yes, Jethro Tull, Camel, Van Der Graaf Generator, Gentle Giant, etc. Apart from Rush, I don't like a single band on that list.

I know exactly what you mean Thellama, you are curious, certainly said nothing negative and were most welcoming too :) all the above bands you mentioned I like them a lot too except for one which everyone loves inc. Bluenipper A huge hug to you Thellama xxxx |

I won't melt. I'm hug-proof. I never tried to hug bills and see if they would disappear.
