this band http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=6502 is Japanese.
They sing in fake Italian and their album is (a very good quality) joke. Whoever they are, the legend of Italians living in Germany is part of the joke. For what I know they are from Osaka and a Japanese label should have reprinted their only album on CD in 2008.
