Mike, you've already got a great head start with those names!

Some personal favourites you should look into are the single albums by artists Museo Rosenbach, Edgar Allan Poe, Panna Freda, Corte Dei Miracoli - for now! Then report back here and tell us what you think!

Verslibre, some great suggestions, and I only just listened to `Rustichelli & Bordini - Opera Prima' a few hours ago - a total classic, such distinctive vocals too!

Outstanding Pierre, you're very lucky! Synphonic had it listed, and when I contacted Greg Walker about it he said he was going to be able to order more from the label in the next month or two....Wishful thinking, I wonder, but I'll keep some hope!

Let us know what that second Cololmbo album you're getting is like when you receive it!

Oh, yeah, Museo is tops. R&B's Opera Prima was akin to a revelation when I first heard it. The 2004 Japanese Mini-LP reissue is very nice.

I like that too, Pierre, the vocals are a bit rough in parts, but it's still very nice! Lovely cover illustration as well!

Wow, your second Colombo CD showed up very quickly Pierre! I think it's a little easier to track down than the first one? Is is totally instrumental?

Very fast. Two days. Some vocals parts, Michael, but not many. Also a kind of Zappa humor, but without the "too much" side, if you see what I mean Wink

^Funny, I was just listening to colombo's debut yesterday. Nowyou got me curious about the second album which I remembered was said to be inferior to the first. I'll look it up.
