This is a band from Naples called Controtempo (late 90s-early00s) who recorded some tracks but never got an album released. I'm admittedly not very familiar with Italian prog or RPI or whatever you want to call it. When I think of "Italian" I think of pizza. Maybe also meatballs and spaghetti and lasagna too.

I'll do that. I know PFM, Banco, the New Trolls and little bit of Balleto di bronzo, Goblin, Area and Le Orme and a few others. It seems to go really deep.

If you like what you've heard by Goblin, check out Claudio Simonetti's band Daemonia, the pre-Goblin band Cherry Five, plus Rustichelli & Bordini's Opera Prima, Il Baricentro's two great prog-jazz albums Sconcerto and Trusciant, Libra's Schock and Fabio Frizzi's amazing soundtrack for The Beyond.
