Welcome!
If you're a fan of Camel definitely check out "Inget Nytt Under Solen" by Kaipa if you haven't already. Reminds me of The Snow Goose and Moonmadness a lot.

Hello Ricardo,

If you are a Camel fan, you are probably already acquainted with these bands :
- Mario Millo / Windchase / Symphinity (all bear in common the vocalist/guitarist Mario Millo)
- Rousseau
- Happy The Man / Kit Watkins' 'Labyrinth'

"Magma was the very first gothic rock band" (Didier Lockwood)

Welcome Ricardo,
I'm am newbie as well and I love Camel and their melodic and touching music. Not sure if you know, check Andy's collaboration in this song. Wonderful solo, reminds me a bit of 'Ice', which is a pure masterpiece.
And let's all hope, Camel will tour during 2013 and we will get a chance to see them performing live!

my issue was not a matter of "not enough prog" but a matter of "too much pop", just felt too watered down and conventional compared to four classics they released prior to it. I do dig the tune Echoes though
