two other greats of David Lean, one have i seen, the other is on the wishlist, i love the Bridge on the River Kwai which is a really good film.

is a Passage to India as strong film, as the other movies

please also recomend me other films by Lean that is not among his great four...

"Bridge on the River Kway", a classic.  Plus it gave us Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Don't know either film well enough to vote

But from the real story the River Kwai was based on, the real life Camp Doctor for the prisoners was my Dad's family physician in Toronto, Canada after the war ended, in the late 1940s
