It'll be the 24th of December in a little bit here, but I can already say, with great certainty even, that my favourite tune of the day will be Deutsch Nepal off of Amon Duul's Wolf City(Yeah I've got a thing for it here during the holidays...)
One thing I don't get about it though is why some consider it merely as a novelty track. It's huge and doomey with those big thunderbolting piano chords, and then on top of that the apocalyptic German vocals: General!!!! General!!!!! It's quite simply brilliant is what it is. Damn fine sauce.

Today -- "Dinkle Dance" by Zoogz Rift.  A song about that dance you do when you gotta go to the bathroom.  And it's got a nice jazz fusion jam in the middle.

That's a terrific dance indeed. I find that it has some of the most interesting uncontrollable twitches incorporated into it. Shake it, shake it bb! Weeeeeeeeeee!!!!
