A magician appears in your room [farting sounds of the portal], coughing up, scratching his balls, and tells you that he can grant you the wish of having some fame (as a musician) and money. Now you have the opportunity to come up with a stage name for yourself. Would you like keep your name? Or would you like to change it to something else? What would it be?

Since I'm really dissatisfied with my birth name, I'd rather have a normal name, like Edward Green, and be in peace with that.

But how about you?

I would like to keep my name, but change the spelling of my last name-many times people pronounce my last name wrong, due to it's spelling

I just think my name is too common - Austin.

If i ever have a son, for the longest time i've wanted to name him Athens. I just think's a masculine, yet beautiful name. Unique and i'd love to visit there.

Athens? Makes me think of Athena. [bells ringing in my head] ... Mars or Ares, sure. Athens ... see where I'm going? (... although she was a goddess of warcraft and wisdom.)

I love my name, but if I were to change it it'd be either Sebastian or Joel

LOL ... A little sick weird that you would want it, but you can have it. Big smile The kids at school (back in St.-Peter's) used to make fun of it and find a way to associate it with fecal matter. ... Dead

When I was in high school I tried to adopt the stage name Reg Donnelbaine.  That seems a little corny to me now.  I think my birth name is okay, but if I wanted to be famous, I think I'd go by Neil Downey.
