It took me a while, but I finally found some music today that really hit the spot. An old favorite, but one that never gets old for me .... "Mother Says" by Joe Walsh, from that prog folky Barnstorm album. Great flange sound on the guitar, and a real neat symphonic middle section featuring Joe Vitale on the piano.

Yesterday: "The Great Deceiver".
Today: Renaissance - "Let It Grow".*
* OK, here's the deal: I think Betty Thatcher messed up her own lyrical work here with some sexual undertones ... ... but I'm not very sure of that, so it's still going to be my song for the day.
