Do all these parties have legitimate representation? 8 parties for 5,000,000 people is a far more diffuse political landscape than 2 parties for over 300,000,000.

 
from wiki, pr the Red party is not in the parlement, but they are a sizeable enough party to be in the poll and they are to logical counterweight to the Progress party

the Storting (English: Great thing; Norwegian: Stortinget, literally "the great assembly") is the supreme legislature of Norway, located in Oslo. The unicameral parliament has 169 members, and is elected every four years based on party-list proportional representation in nineteen plural member constituencies. The assembly is led by a presidium of a president and five vice presidents; since 2009 Dag Terje Andersen has been president. The members are allocated to twelve standing committees, as well as four procedural committees. Almost all public agencies of Norway are subordinate to the government, but three ombudsmen, the Parliamentary Intelligence Oversight Committee and the Office of the Auditor General are directly subordinate to parliament.

Parliament was established by the Constitution of Norway in 1814 and has since 1866 met in the Parliament of Norway Building, designed by Emil Victor Langlet. Parliamentarianism was established in 1884, and until 2009 practiced qualified unicameralism with two chambers: the Lagting and the Odelsting. Following the 2009 election, seven parties are represented in parliament: the Labour Party (64 representatives), the Progress Party (41), the Conservative Party (30), the Socialist Left Party (11), the Centre Party (11), the Christian Democratic Party (10) and the Liberal Party (2).

The parliament in its present form was first constituted at Eidsvoll in 1814, although its origins can be traced back to the allting or common assemblies as early as the 9th century.

Might actually decide not to vote, wouldn't be the first time.
If they are as useless as the Danes, I think I can smell they are, It's like choosing between tooth pain or headache.

i only listed the 7 who have seats in the parliment and the 1 party that is large enough to get atleast 1 seat in any election,

we have atleast 20 or 30 more partys, for both Coastal party, pentionist party, AKPML, social democratic partys, imigration hostile partys,

I consider myself a leftist, but I don't trust the people leading the ruling parties after what happened at Utøya and the Government quarter. Too many mistakes were done that day, but the people who was responsible for the safety of those who died that day are still in office. The poor job that was done by so many people that day is unforgivable! Someone has to take responsibility for the mistakes that were done, and that someone is the Prime Minister and his cabinet.
 
Also, my impression is that the Labour Party's priority number one is getting tax money in, and not the welfare of the Norwegian people, so I will probably vote for the Conservative Party in the next election. Hopefully we'll get a change in government, that again will lead to a much needed change in leadership in both the Labour and the Social Left Party.

do as me, vote Miljøpartiet det Grønne, i will for once vote for a paty that don't have a clear political agende but a policy that have a wider scope, and they speak with more heart in their campains then the current Red/Green coalition Labour party actualy needs 4 to 8 years now as an oppestition,

^Well, I think we're in serious need of change of government, to get the naive and incompetent leaders of the parties in the red-green coalition out. Voting De Grønne won't help that, I suspect. Only a vote for one of the four parties in opposition in Stortinget today will help that. A vote for De Grønne is close to purposeless, IMO. Might as well not vote at all.

Edit: A vote for any of the four in opposition will do. I might vote Liberal myself. They sure could use the votes. And God knows so does the Christian Democratic Party, but I rather end up in hell than vote for themWink

i sort of vote, but im hesitent to want Progress party in govourment, but i don't think i whould loose sleap if the Borgerlig side won, but im very little concervatve in person and i whould be put hard to test to vote on any of themm so i vote eather soicalist, liberal or green

Yeah, as I said, I see myself as a leftist. I wouldn't even considered voting for any of the four in the opposition if it wasn't for what happened a year, four months and three days ago, which showed how incompetent and naive our current government is.
