Well done again. It is William Wilberforce indeed. I did not even have to tell that both Barbara and Grace were amazing .

As much as I enjoy your "invisible" hints, don’t you think they might scare other people away? I mean, look at the last one: It looks like all I knew was that you asked for a man who died in the 19th century, European and not German speaking. That’s hardly enough to guess Will, unless you’re psychic.
OK, just think about it. I have another one, and I will continue to write my hints (and the hints are maybe the best part of the game!) in red: Male, deceased. |

Maybe you're right; I'm not good in guessing what other people think, so I tend to keep away from that. But let's give it a try: on my next go I'll find another, maybe more appropriate, color. The more participants, the more joy. Did he die before 1800?

These hints seem to point at Jan van Riebeeck; only Camel is a matter of doubt: one of his ships was called Dromedaris (Dutch for Dromedary, the animal depicted on some of Camel's album covers).

Excellent!
From Wiki: The dromedary camel or Arabian camel (Camelus dromedarius) is a large, even- toed ungulate with one hump on its back. So the dromedary is a camel, only with one hump instead of two. EDIT: This quote is actually more to the point: The dromedary is the second largest member of the camel family after the Bactrian camel. Edited by refugee - November 26 2012 at 06:59 |
