I saw my Dad today, he's 81. It's a blessing to have him on this earth. I will miss him when he dies.

I don't erase or rub out my Dad, i saw my Dad!LOL

I love my dad. Luckily he's only a little more than half the age of your's, so I have him for a long time.

Wise words Doug....been almost 2 years for me and I still miss him daily.  And think about how lucky I was to have him.

My dad and I still have great times often, usually based around music or sports. I'm glad he lives only about 15 miles away.

it is the groove thread that made me think of SD first and formost on the drummers, Gadd, Purdie and Porcaro (my favourite drummer of them all), the band reinvented groove in rock/pop in my book,
