Hell yeah!!! I may just have to buy all of their albums one more time..... eh... maybe not. Are they revamped in any way - remastered? I happen to think that the murky cardboardy sound fits the overall picture like a warm and fuzzy glove.
Falsini's work for the imaginary movie Cold Nose, Nasso Freddo, is downright gorgeous as well. |

David, the remastering of the S F albums that you can find on the Itlalia Progressive compilations is excellent.

Ok, so they're remastered then? I don't know really - I love the original albums just the way they are. I would however be very interested in hearing the new versions. Just out of curiosity.
Hopefully this will give them some more press, because they sure as hell deserve it. |

Hope that this one wil be followed by a reissue of all their abums (including the Falsini's Cold Nose). That band deserves the best.

^ Pierre and David, guess this "Leave My Chemistry" may be a different version from the stuff in "Portable Madness", right?

I don't know how to post this, so I post it here. Apologies. Not Krautrock and this guy is not even on P.A.
I love Scott Walker for years, most of his work. His new album BISCH BOSCH will be available on the 3 December. Here' is a first and awesome soundclip : |

Just received the double Sensations 'Fix album today. Many many unreleased tracks and some alternate mixes. The sound is not what I was excpecting. No remastering like in the Italia Progressive mini lp CD. I don't know the originals vinyl albums, but they must sound close to these ones, I think. Enjoy !

Sensations 'Fix : first impressions. A fine album, varied and intimate. Not a revolution for the one who already knows the band's work. The problem is that the songs are shorter : around 3 minutes for the first Cd and 2 for the second.
The sound is not bad, but could be better. There's a clear thought behind this music and I would like to hear a clearer sound. |
