Yes, that's from that same album!! What a great singer!!

Check out these two from the same album:

First, the KILLER instrumental:

Quantocamia

and another vocal piece:

Sorgente sonora

Hope you enjoy!

Both great  Aussie ! Clap That sort of experience should eventually defeat my disenchantment for the digital sound of modern RPI

Oh, glad you enjoyed! Yep, that album had a very warm production, maybe why it sounds so good! It's got a real energy to it! I love spreading the word of that album!

Not trying to oversell it, but that album is probably one of my most prized progressive albums of the last few years.

Heh, excellent!

You know, I'm still trying to work out what the front cover is meant to mean!

Any suggestions?!

Oh, that's wonderful news! I love the `random album' box on the side of the screen that always reloads with something new! I've come across several interesting albums to look into just be clicking on that box!

Right ! For example the unique MO DO 's album from 1979. Not a masterpiece but a fine work.

Wow, Pierre, that albums sounds nice! I couldn't work it out, is it totally instrumental or with some vocals?

Some vocals and a light Gentle Giant touch, but, thank god, not to much.

Hey - anyone know if it is possible to get a CD of the Gian Pieretti album that was in the thread a couple pages back - I've been looking for it for a couple of years, and Jim's post reminded me about. I saw it on amazon as a re-issue of some sort, but I'd prefer the original artwork of course.

...strike that, I think Greg has one! Yes!!

Zorro, this Cd is more difficult to catch than your shadow. I know that a Poor House CD copy exists in the shop of Greg, but for now it's out of stock. Maybe in a couple of months.

Pierre, I've heard most of that Mo Do album today, very pleasant, with nice restrained vocals. Lots of lovely instrumental passages, even if little bits of the album are a bit dull and forgettable. Still a very charming album, thanks for sharing!

I agree. 1980 was a bad period for RPI, but some bands still tried. You should listen to the Hopo's Senti album to get a better idea.

Hey guys, that's my first post here. I wanted you to check out this band of a friend of mine, they're pretty good. They have an album to be released this winter, but you can listen to some of their stuff on soundcloud:
