There is surprisingly little laid down on the Web about them, but the fact that one of them is a Canadian (oh, woot! Not a Canadian again!) is all you need to know.
I doubt you would know this band at all. Relatively very few guys on this whole planet may.
Your clues are: not on PA, a band that is not European, no more than four members in it, no albums in the 70's, not 2000 or later, and (oh, yes) they released more than three studio albums.

If by electronics you mean synths, then no.
Crap, ... forgot one more opening clue: it is not on a studio album.

If you were Lord of PA, would you recommend that they be added to the archives?

^ Definitely not. A very shady cast of characters.

^ Yup!
Your clues are: not on PA, a band that is not European, no more than four members in it, no one in the band is famous, not punk or metal, no albums in the 70's, 80's, more than one word in the band's name, and (oh, yes) they released more than three studio albums, the lyrics are in English, not prog AT ALL!, the song is not on a studio album.
