I'm sure I've done that quite a few times.

I do that too, constantly, but I thought you were just thought of as polite and having good manners when you did that. No, wait! That's just when you drink tea, something I never doConfused

Sorry to hear about your friend, Scott. Good that you went to his funeral.

A childhood friend of mine, who I hadn't seen for a couple of years, died of leukemia some years ago. I visited him at the hospital before he died and went to his funeral. I'm glad I did.

That part on Pink Floyd - "Echoes" right between that weird echoy deep creepy part and the second vocal part is kinda post-rock sounding

Thank goodness my head stopped throbbing.  Eating some crackers helped.

Muy bueno, amigo.  I don't really have the constitution for death metal, but I almost feel like hearing that now.

I think I might listen to all the Kraftwerk albums in order tonight.  Gotta do something while I'm bed-ridden.

I'm only familiar with two Kraftwerk albums.  And not that familiar.  I hope that they help to cure what ails you.

I love that song too.  I especially like how the long intro really develops in a uniquely Genesis way.

My cousin, who's 9, I think, maybe 8, said that if you've ever gone to church you're a Christian. Following that was a 5 minute rant explaining how being Christian means that you believe in God and believe that Jesus is your savior, and how many Christians, such as my parents, don't go to Church due to their distaste for organized religion, and how many people who have gone to Church are not Christians, such as myself. I don't think he got it, though.

Catholics believe in a lot of stupid sh*t. Sorry if that offends you (I know you're not a Catholic anymore, but still), but I just don't like the Catholic church. I mean, i dislike organized religion in general but the Catholic and Mormon churches just get on my nerves so bad.

Oooh, yay, a rant.

Did this plan pan out? I should listen to the first three albums more. I hope they reissue them officially at some point, maybe including Tone Float which I haven't heard, I only have some very unofficial bootleg versions of the first two albums and the third one I ripped from the library copy. Good stuff for the right mood.

My wife hates Kraftwerk, that's pretty much the only band we disagree on very badly.
