4 months. I wish she'd hurry up and figure out how to hold a bottle.

I'm sure she'll shut up any month now. I met a couple yesterday whose daughter had that phase for five months.

Ours only cries that bad at night, and it seems to be getting better now. Hopefully.

Yeah, it happens sometimes nowadays, John Frusciante just did it and someone else I can't now remember.

Ah, the first full night of sleep after a baby's born.  I remember being so relieved and happy when that happened.

Yes. The few preceding nights had been truly awful, so it was quite fun to wake up realizing that you've had sort of enough sleep. The day has been all the better for it.
I did sleep for about six hours the night, ahem, morning before, but that was after I'd been walking circles around the house for five hours carrying the baby so that my wife could get a bit of sleep.
I'm hoping from all my heart that this last night wasn't a fluke.
For me anyway, once she started sleeping through the night at about 1month old, she pretty much stayed that way. I'd say there's a decent chance the kid's turned the corner now, onto the Avenue of Continuous Sleep

I imagine it will be. Now in the beginning it's of course all about survival, the titty, the sleep and the occasional new diaper, and the interaction comes later when re grows into realizing he is a person in the world. He's a stunningly handsome kid, of course, since he's got my nose.

This was another nice night, not quite as smooth as the previous one, but we are definitely in the sight of the Avenue. Smile That is a good song title.

And Andrew, it's definitely the second one. Though I might rethink the font a bit.
