If you happen to do FaceBork, there's a group for exactly this sort of thing here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/242400455804737/

And, as it happens, I seem to be having an outburst of this right now: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-gPrvoN4c7g

It's called Pixelated Penguin by Russ Conway.

The guitar solo? Or the whole thing?

Me:

... the electric piano and the organ in the mid-section.

Earlier I had two songs going back and forth in my head:
"Better by You, Better than Me" - Judas Priest
"OK" - Riverside

Weird.

Just not sure why those two songs in particular.  Other than I've listened to both within the last week.

For some damn reason that I am failing to discern I have the theme song to Casey Jones in my head, I have no logical explanation for this as I haven't seen an episode of the tv programme since the late 60s and wasn't even that keen on it back then, I also have a near pathalogical dislike for all things "steam", especially trains, my journey home from work took me nowhere near the railway station and during the drive I had The 2nd Law blasting out on the stereo, which contains no reference to Jones or the Cannonball Express (how the helll did I just remember that was the name of the damn train? man, I hope I've got that wrong, it's going to be too freaking wierd to have remembered it right after 40 years or more). Anyway, so there I was quietly minding my own business, harming no one - just cooking a couple of ham-hocks for our dinner when... wham!... "casey-jones - a-dum-di a-de-dum-dum" pops into my head and won't go away. And that's it... that's all I know of the song, I don't even know the right words to fit "a-dum-di a-de-dum-dum", (nor do I want to, so I'm certainly not going to look it up anywhere or listen to it on YouBoob), so in my head I really am singing "a-dum-di a-de-dum-dum" and I doubt I've even got the tune right, so it's just the one figgin' line, "casey-jones - a-dum-di a-de-dum-dum", over and over and over again. Cry

Even though I'm currently listening to ABWH's "Birthright", Oldfield's "Ommadawn, pt. 1" intro is trying to crawl into my head and sit in there.

it was a thin lizzy song but after seeing 10cc above its now changed to 'I Wanna Rule the World'
They flutter behind you your possible pasts,
Some bright-eyed and crazy, some frightened and lost.

This one horn lick is going thru my head that's from either Magma's debut album or their 2nd album.  I think it's from "Aina" off the debut, but it's such a small fragment that I can't quite place it.

Thanks for the reminder Dean!  I used to like that when I was  kid (very young I should think) was it in B and W?  Anyway, lets see,
