All of the above? :o

Some people will say Laurie has House, a masterpiece imo, but Fry has done QI for quite some time and i extensively watch that as well.

I'll go with Fry because of his cute charm, wit, and taste in ties. :D

I don't know Hugh Laurie too well, but I am a big fan of Mr. Fry.

Both are equal as comedians. Both are damn fine actors as they demonstrated in Blackadder and Jeeves and Wooster. Laurie is the better character actor as his performance in Stuart Little House shows - Fry was good in Wilde and Kingdom but he was just being a character not unlike himself, as he is in all his cameo roles (Bones etc.) Oddly I find most of Fry's documentaries uninteresting, though his series on language (Fry's Planet Word) was an exception. QI is very watchable, amusing and mildly informative, but Stephen Fry never appeared in a Kate Bush Video:

...so Laurie gets my vote (even if his own music leaves me unmoved).
What?

Well, as far as comic actors they are both fantastic.  As serious actors Hugh wins hands down.  QI is one of my favourite programs at the moment.  Hugh would win if it wasn't for his contributions to the world of music .  So its a draw.

Personally, I prefer Stephen Fry. I base this opinion mainly on Mr Fry's work on QI, a programme which I thoroughly enjoy. I also enjoyed his work within the Fable series of video games, and his role on Blackadder Goes Forth. I can't wait to see him play the Master of Lake-town in The Hobbit.

Hugh Laurie is great, but I am not entirely familiar with his works. I did enjoy his brief appearance on Spooks, and I liked his roles in Blackadder the Third and Blackadder Goes Forth. I haven't seen much of House, though I don't like watching actors whom I know are British play American characters.

Neither inspire me, but I feel that if I were homosexual that I would prefer to have intercourse with Hugh Laurie so there goes my vote.
