Yeah, usually, but not allways though. Sometimes short can be nice. But then again, I'm not a hair guy. The eyes is what decides it for me. The eyes and the grils general charm (if that makes any sense. I don't know how to describe it better in english).

I have certainly seen some women with short hair cuts that were very nice, but it just seems as a general rule I prefer longer hair.  And on the flipside I have certainly seen women with longer hair who could definitely use a haircut.  LOL
