Top two into next round

Now onto the Tech/Extreme section, aka the "who will come second to Opeth" section.

I'm not going to help.

Blackwater Park.

Ooh, very tough toss up between Blackwater Park and Crack The Skye. I'm more of an Opeth guy myself, but Crack The Skye is a bona fide masterpiece, start to finish. The guitars just crush on that record, and I'm a sucker for atmospheric music, which is presented well on this record.

Toughest poll yet. Isa, Blackwater Park and Crack the Skye are all masterpieces and make for a very tough choice. I went with BWP in the end, but it seems almost unfair not to vote for the others.

That Mastodon album is flawless and created an interest in metal.
Blood Mountain and The Huntet are fantastic too.
Great list btw. I don't see a clear winner, that's always nice to see in polls.
Crushed like a rose in the riverflow.
